Email support@sn-x.com with “Security report for Harbor Family” in the subject line. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue, such as the affected version, operating system, steps, and any proof of concept that is safe to share.
Please report privately first
Please do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before giving the publisher a reasonable opportunity to understand it. Do not access, alter, destroy, or disclose data that is not yours; interrupt services; or test in a way that harms people or systems.
Current scope
The v0.1.0 source preview is a local desktop policy control plane. It has no hosted account system, cloud synchronization service, analytics pipeline, or email delivery service. Reports may still concern local storage, source code, the download, or this website.
Response expectations
SN-X.com will review reports sent to this address, but does not promise a particular response time, remediation timeline, bounty, safe-harbor program, or security certification.
